Masterclass Tuition & Cancellation Terms

These terms supplement the Institute’s Student Policies & Educational Standards. Course-specific details are provided in writing before tuition is collected.

YITRAH™ Institute is committed to fair and transparent tuition practices. Specific course dates, prices, payment instructions, and the applicable terms will be provided before payment is requested.

Scheduled Live Masterclasses

Seven-day cancellation policy: Students may request a full tuition refund by submitting a written cancellation at least seven calendar days before the confirmed class date.

Cancellation requests received fewer than seven calendar days before the class will be reviewed individually under the course-specific terms disclosed before payment. Students will be told any applicable late-cancellation conditions before paying; nothing on this page eliminates rights provided by law.

Prerecorded Courses & Digital Materials

Any restrictions on refunds after access to prerecorded masterclasses or downloadable instructional materials begins must be disclosed before purchase and remain subject to applicable law. The Institute will address delivery failures, access problems, and incorrect or duplicate charges appropriately.

Institute Cancellations

If YITRAH™ Institute cancels a masterclass and cannot deliver the agreed instruction or an alternative accepted by the student, tuition for the undelivered course will be refunded.
