Student Orientation & First-Day Learning Guide

YITRAH Institute
Education. Wisdom. Leadership. Excellence.

Welcome to your educational journey at YITRAH Institute. This orientation guide is for learners whose enrollment has been formally confirmed. It explains how to prepare for your first learning session and communicate with the Institute.

1. Confirm Your Enrollment Details

Before your first session, review your official enrollment confirmation for your program title, start date, time zone, instructional format, any applicable tuition arrangements, and access instructions. If any detail is missing, contact the Institute before the scheduled session. A registration request alone is not confirmation of enrollment.

2. Prepare Your Learning Space

  • Choose a comfortable location where you can listen, read, and participate.
  • Have a notebook or preferred accessible note-taking method available.
  • Check your device, internet connection, and audio in advance if attending live instruction.
  • Keep your enrollment confirmation and any provided learning materials within reach.

3. Access Your Lessons

Live session invitations, recordings, downloadable materials, and any student access instructions will be provided separately for the program in which you are enrolled. Do not assume that a public website page is a private classroom or student portal. Keep personal access links private and contact the Institute if an expected invitation has not arrived.

4. Participate With Excellence

Come prepared to engage thoughtfully, ask relevant questions, respect other learners, and study course material carefully. Our educational approach values inquiry, comprehension, intellectual responsibility, and disciplined application of knowledge.

5. Communication and Assistance

For scheduling questions, accessibility needs, or assistance accessing an approved course, contact yitrahinstitute@gmail.com or text 254-517-2826. Include your name and program title, but do not send passwords, payment card details, medical records, or identification documents.

6. Younger Learners and Guardians

For students under 18, parents or legal guardians remain the primary contact for enrollment, scheduling, permissions, and access instructions. Participation requires verified guardian authorization. Recording or publishing a minor learner’s image or voice requires separate appropriate permission.

7. Your First-Day Checklist

  • Read your official enrollment confirmation.
  • Verify the session date, start time, and time zone.
  • Locate your access link or instructions, if applicable.
  • Review any assigned introductory materials.
  • Prepare your questions and note-taking materials.
  • Contact the office in advance if assistance is needed.

Information → Comprehension → Noesis

We look forward to welcoming confirmed learners into a community dedicated to education, wisdom, leadership, and excellence.
